📰Will & Testament
A will may be created to determine the distribution of certain assets in the event of your character’s permanent death. Wills exist to support long-term roleplay and character legacy and must follow all server restrictions listed below.
General Rules
A will must be submitted and approved by a judge PRIOR to your character’s death.
Wills submitted after death will not be honored.
Once approved, the will becomes binding upon character death.
What Can Be Willed
Only the following assets may be included in a will:
Money (maximum of $500,000)
Vehicles (maximum of 2)
Properties (Limited to 1)
❌ Inventory items of any kind may NOT be willed.
Distribution Restrictions
All willed assets (money, vehicles, and properties) must be left to one single individual.
That individual acts as the executor and may decide what to do with the inherited assets (keep, sell, transfer, etc.).
Assets cannot be split between multiple people.
Housing & Ownership Limits
The housing cap still applies to inherited properties.
If a property is willed to someone who is already at their housing cap:
The property will enter default status
The property will be reclaimed by the city
Vehicles and properties inherited still count toward the recipient’s allowed maximums.
Prohibited Actions
Creating or modifying a will after death or while facing imminent death
Using wills to bypass asset caps, inventory rules, or server economy limits
Transferring assets outside of the approved will process
